Re-Entry of Former Students
A student who has withdrawn from 成人头条 before completing a degree program must apply for re-entry through the Undergraduate Admission Office. Students who have been dismissed from 成人头条 for academic reasons may reapply after one calendar year. Re-admission to 成人头条 is not automatic. Re-admitted students will be required to satisfy degree requirements that are in effect at the time of their re-admission.
Re-entry Application Requirements
- Transfer Student Conduct Form from all colleges attended since leaving 成人头条
- Official transcripts from all other colleges attended since leaving 成人头条
- Essay should include a detailed statement of the student鈥檚 activities since leaving 成人头条 and the reason for returning
